01Who we are

ArcLabs (“ArcLabs”, “we”) is a UK website design and development studio. You can reach us at hello@arclabs.digital. We are the data controller for information collected through arclabs.digital.

02What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our studio:

• Details you give us through our contact and project enquiry forms, such as your name, organisation, email address and project information.
• Account details for the client portal, including your name, email and project activity.
• Anonymous analytics about how our website is used, only if you consent to analytics cookies.

03How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects and provide support. Our lawful bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

04Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us operate (for example email, hosting and project management providers) under written agreements that protect your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

05How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@arclabs.digital and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
